All services are formalized in a written contract, where you will be given all our contact information so you can find us whenever you need us. You only need to give one month’s deposit and the current month’s rent.

The deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent and the total amount shall be refunded upon completion of the contract, less any amount necessary to pay for damage caused by the resident.

When it comes to entire flats, prices include all costs of supplies such as electricity, water, gas, plus additional phone services, Internet, cleaning and maintenance. Our offer ranges from studios, to four bedroom homes, prices varying between 800 € and 2100 € per month with all utilities included

On the other hand, the price of a room corresponds to one month’s rent and includes the cost of utilities (electricity, water, gas) and additional phone services, Internet and cleaning. Some rooms have parking, others have en suite bathrooms, and there is also the possibility of hiring extra equipment such as a television for each client. All prices are between 300 € and 550 € monthly rental.
